COLLEGE FOOTBALL / DAILY REPORT : FIESTA BOWL : If He Could Play Like Frazier, He Would
No one can duplicate Nebraska Tommie Frazier, but the Florida Gators are doing what they can to prepare for the country’s most lethal option quarterback.
Dock Pollard, a freshman defensive back from Bradenton, Fla., is playing the role of Frazier on Florida’s scout team. It’s not that much of a stretch.
Pollard is from Frazier’s hometown, and played at the same high school, Manatee. One of Pollard’s best friends is Frazier’s younger brother.
