Youth Council Is Taking Applications

The Youth Leadership Council of the Volunteer Center of Greater Orange County is accepting applications for the 1996-97 school year.
High school students who want to make contributions to their communities may apply. Members will receive leadership training and will be responsible for promoting volunteerism among their peers.
The council comprises two students from each Orange County public and private high school.
