Agoura 22, Royal 16--Ryan McCann connected with Chris Poling on a 75-yard, fourth-quarter pass play for Agoura’s winning touchdown at Moorpark College.
McCann completed nine of 17 for 124 yards and two touchdowns. Jason Gordon rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown for Agoura (3-1).
Royal (0-4) took the lead, 16-14, on a safety late in the third quarterwhen a punt was snapped over Agoura’s Jeff Shaffer’s head.
