Volleyball/Outside Hitter

Marquis has followed an already established path from Santa Cruz Harbor High to Golden West. Beth Rosen, a sophomore setter, is from the same high school. Marquis had 23 kills and 19 digs as Golden West beat Fullerton in five games. She came back with 15 kills and 10 digs in a four-game victory over Riverside. “She’s a big-time athlete,” Golden West Coach Albert Gasparian said. “She’s an outstanding hitter who is also an excellent passer.”
