Estancia tried a nine-man front to stop Jones, but that just meant there were fewer Eagles to slow him down once he passed the line of scrimmage. Jones had three runs of 58 yards or longer and rushed for 261 yards and three touchdowns in the first half. He finished with 341 yards in 29 carries in the 47-13 victory.

* Costa Mesa, junior. Scored five goals, including the game-winner on a penalty shot, in a 6-5 victory over Esperanza.
