Irvine went 0-4 to start the 1970 and 1972 seasons. This team should match that tonight. Offensively, the Anteaters are a mess, with too many inexperienced players trying to do too much. UNLV has had its only problems with consistency and injuries. Keon Clark, a 6-foot-11 center, will sit out two weeks because of a sprained left knee and Donovan Stewart is out for the season after back surgery.
