In other Division II-AA games:
Laguna Hills 57, Villa Park 25--Tayyiba Haneef had 12 points and 16 rebounds as top-seeded Laguna Hills defeated Villa Park (12-13). Whitney Houser had 13 points for the Hawks.
Santa Margarita 55, San Bernardino Cajon 44--Daniell Bennett scored 21 for fourth-seeded Santa Margarita (20-6), which will play Norco.
In Division II-AA basketball:
Woodbridge 68, Inglewood 37--Debby Caine scored a game-high 17 points and Krissy Dupperon added 16 for second-seeded Woodbridge (22-4), which led by only seven points at halftime before outscoring Inglewood, 41-17, in the second half. The Warriors play Cerritos Gahr.
In Division I-AA:
Century 77, Bell Gardens 44--Allison Napier recorded a triple-double to help lead Century to its first playoff victory. Napier had 13 points, 12 rebounds and 10 blocked shots. Aprile Powell scored a game-high 25 points for Century (21-6) and Nikki Love had 21 points. Century will play Esperanza in the second round.
Diamond Bar 51, Los Alamitos 46--Los Alamitos (10-14) made only seven of 25 free-throws. Kristin Geoffroy scored 20 for the Griffins.
Esperanza 72, Montclair 45--Kim Omer scored 16 points for third-seeded Esperanza (21-5).
Fontana 46, Fountain Valley 35--Kelly Boeke scored nine for Fountain Valley (10-17).
In Division II-A:
Brea Olinda 105, Garden Grove 18--Top-seeded Brea Olinda (23-3) had five players score in double figures, led by Jennifer Saari (16 points). Brea next plays Sonora.
Newport Harbor 71, Valencia 36--Breanna Badorek (20 points) was seven for eight from the field for Newport Harbor (17-10). Colleen Eadie added 19 points and M.E. Clayton (11 rebounds) scored 12.
Ocean View 51, Culver City 24--Jennifer Tuiolosega scored 17 for second-seeded Ocean View (24-4). Anna Lembke had 13 pointsfor Ocean View, which plays Pacifica.
Pacifica 74, Artesia 48--Jaymee Pendergast scored 28 points for Pacifica (21-6).
Sonora 46, El Modena 42--Sarah Fister had 14 points and 16 rebounds for Sonora (15-10) in its first playoff victory in 12 years. Teammate Mindy Clark had 18 rebounds for the Raiders.
In Division III-AA basketball:
Rancho Alamitos 46, La Habra 37--Araceli Hernandez scored 12 of her game-high 30 points in first quarter for Rancho Alamitos (14-12), which was unable to score a field goal when Hernandez sat out in last five minutes of the second quarter. Morgan Morris scored 11 for La Habra (15-12). Rancho Alamitos will play Pasadena Muir.
In Division III-A:
Rosary 66, North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake 60--Romina Bollini (21 points, 15 rebounds) made 11 of 12 free throws in the fourth quarter (15 of 18 overall, both school records) as Rosary upset fourth-seeded Harvard-Westlake to advance to the semifinals for the first time in school history.
In Division IV-A:
Brethren Christian 56, Brentwood 42--Cindy Oparah scored 14 points and grabbed 17 rebounds to lead fourth-seeded Brethren Christian (19-5). Brethren Christian will play Calvary Chapel on Wednesday.
Calvary Chapel 58, Sun Valley Village Christian 37--Christy Ring scored 20 points and had eight assists and steals to lead Calvary Chapel (19-9). Whitney Hoover added 12 points, six assists and seven rebounds.
