In another Sea View League boys’ meet:

El Toro 85, Corona del Mar 51--Danny Lee won the 1,600 (4:25.9) and 3,200 (9:59.9) in personal-best times and Elliott Parks cleared 6-10 in the high jump for the Chargers (3-0 in league).

In the Garden Grove League:

Los Amigos 80, Rancho Alamitos 47--Maurice Walker won the long jump (19-8 1/2) and triple jump (43-3 1/2) for the Lobos (5-0, 4-0).

In the Golden West League:

Tustin 89, Ocean View 37--Dante Maxey won the 300 hurdles (44.8) and long jump (20-4) for top-ranked Tustin (5-0, 3-0).

Anaheim 88, Western 36--Jesus Acevedo won the 100-yard dash (9.9) and 220 (22.7) for visiting Anaheim (2-1 in league).

Brea Olinda 90, Savanna 42--Brandon Tellez won the 110 hurdles (15.1), high jump (6-2), and the triple jump (42-1) for fourth-ranked Brea (9-1, 3-0).

In the Sunset League:

Edison 90, Fountain Valley 45--Cody Jones improved his county-leading mark in the triple jump (44-11) and Luke Stokes improved his county-leading mark in the pole vault (15-6) for third-ranked Edison (4-1, 3-0).

Esperanza 96, Huntington Beach 39--Scott Moser won the shot put with a county-best mark of 61-4 1/2 for Huntington Beach (0-2 in league). Moser also won the discus (194-3).

In Golden West League girls’ track and field:

Rosary 78, Saddleback 58--Julieta Moran broke the school record in the 1,600 (5:26.2) for Saddleback (3-1, 2-1).

In the Orange League:

Brea Olinda 97, Savanna 39--Sarah Bonilla tied a school record in the 300 hurdles (46.6) for Brea Olinda (5-3, 3-0), matching the mark set by Dena Bloomfield in 1991.

Western 72, Anaheim 52--Ebony Dozier won the 100-yard dash in 11.4 seconds for host Western (3-0 in league).

Santa Margarita 184, Newport Harbor 207--Jimmy Dunn shot three-under 33, making five birdies, on the par-36 course at Big Canyon Country Club to lead top-ranked Santa Margarita (11-1, 5-1).

In the Sunset League:

Los Alamitos 181, Edison 192--Brett Dolch shot one-under 34 for ninth-ranked Los Alamitos (11-1, 4-0) at Cypress. Jeremy Michas was the medalist with a two-under 33 for Edison (1-3 in league).

Villa Park 388, Servite 391--Mark Hewlett shot three-over 74 for fifth-ranked Villa Park (9-1), which beat third-ranked Servite (5-4) in a two-day match at Green River’s Orange Course and Hacienda.

In nonleague boys’ swimming:

Foothill 185, Capistrano Valley 146, Fountain Valley 64--Rob Arroyo won the 100 and 200 freestyles in county-best times of 47.85 and 1:44.70 for second-ranked Foothill (8-3).

In Empire League boys’ tennis:

El Dorado 17 1/2, Kennedy 3 1/2--Charles Dao and Michael Peng swept in singles, 6-0, 6-0, for fourth-ranked El Dorado (15-0, 6-0).

In the Freeway League:

Sunny Hills 16, Buena Park 2--Freshman Joseph Kao swept his set, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, for sixth-ranked Sunny Hills (7-3, 5-0).

In the Garden Grove League:

La Quinta 17, Santiago 1--Freshman Robert Chu swept in singles, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, for host La Quinta (5-2 in league).

In the Pacific Coast League:

University 18, Laguna Hills 0--Greg Biorkman swept in singles, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, for seventh-ranked University (9-4, 6-1).

In Century League boys’ volleyball:

EL Modena 3, Santa Ana Valley 2--David Kitashima had 13 kills for El Modena (1-3 in league), which rallied for a 14-16, 11-15, 15-10, 15-8, 15-7 victory. Koa Bartlett had a match-high 20 kills for the Falcons (0-4).
