Jaline Bradley, the top returning girls’ basketball player in Ventura County, has transferred from Oxnard to Channel Islands High, Marmonte League co-champions last season.

Channel Islands Athletic Director Alfred Tarazon said Thursday that Bradley transferred because she moved in with her mother, who lives in the Channel Islands attendance district.

Bradley, a 5-foot-7 junior point guard and two-time all-county selection, averaged 18.4 points, five rebounds, 4.2 assists and 2.9 steals a game last season for Oxnard (18-12), which won the Southern Section Division I-AA title.
