Event: Newport Beach’s Pacific Coast Bobby Sox registration. Days and Sites: Saturdays, Nov. 8 at Bonita Creek Park, Nov. 15 at Ensign School, Nov. 22 at Davis School. Time: 9 a.m.-noon. Fees and Ages: $85 for ages 6-9; $115 for ages 9-11; $115 for ages 12-18. Basics: First-time players must bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration. Girls are assigned a division by age as of Aug. 31, 1998. Practices begin on Feb. 1 and games start March 1. There are two games and one or two practices per week. Ages 6-9 play only once a week on Saturdays. Fee includes uniform shirts, socks, visor, insurance and individual and team photos. For information: (714) 224-9409.
