TONIGHT’S GAME
CLEVELAND’S CHAD OGEA (8-9, 4.99 ERA) vs. FLORIDA’S KEVIN BROWN (16-8, 2.69 ERA)
5 p.m. PDT, Pro Player Stadium
Channel 4
* Update--In possibly the final game of the season, the Marlins start their ace. Ogea pitched one of his best games of the season in Game 2, defeating Brown, 6-1. Marlin Manager Jim Leyland has lineup decisions to make concerning third baseman Bobby Bonilla and first baseman Darren Daulton. Bonilla’s injured left hamstring continues to bother him, but Leyland expects him to play tonight. Daulton is batting .455 (five for 11) during the Series, but Jeff Conine is better defensively at first. More than 67,000 attended each of Games 1 and 2. The Marlins expect the crowd to approach 70,000 tonight. If Game 7 is played here Sunday night, the NFL game between the Dolphins and Chicago Bears will be moved to Monday night.
