Woodbridge, which opened with a 34-14 victory over Waimea last weekend in Hawaii, averaged only 15.1 points per game last year but its defense allowed only 13.3 points. In Pacifica, Woodbridge finds a team nearly as stingy (13.6 points) that didn’t struggle offensively (23.8 points), and has six starters back on both sides of the ball. Shane Harris and Brandon Runk, sharing time in the backfield, will figure prominently in Woodbridge’s plan to hog the ball and win a low-scoring game. Pacifica’s strength is its secondary.
