Flintridge Prep 34, Marshall Fundamental 6--Ross Fippenger made the most of his two carries, scoring on runs of nine yards and one yard for the Rebels at Marshall Fundamental.
The Rebels (1-1) led, 7-6, after three quarters, and scored 27 points in a 10-minute span of the fourth quarter.
Devin Brown, who rushed for 108 yards in 17 carries, capped the scoring with a 54-yard touchdown run.
Brian Pramov blocked a punt by Marshall’s Brandon Durham and recovered the ball in the end zone for a touchdown.
J.P. Blecksmith of Flintridge Prep completed seven of 12 passes for 94 yards and rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown in 14 carries.
O.J. Hinckson had 94 yards rushing in 11 carries, including a 63-yard touchdown run, for Marshall Fundamental (0-2).
