Crenshaw, Carson Gain Major Final

Devin Hollins passed for three touchdowns and the Crenshaw defense recorded three sacks and as many interceptions in defeating San Pedro, 34-13, in a City Section football semifinal Friday at Fremont High.
The Cougars pulled away from an 8-0 halftime lead behind Lee Webb, who ran for one touchdown and scored on passes of 17 and 22 yards from Hollins.
Crenshaw (11-2) will meet Carson in the championship game Friday. The Colts advanced by knocking off Dorsey, 28-7, at Gardena High.
In the Invitational Division semifinals:
Banning, Gardena advance--Chris Howard rushed for 213 yards and three touchdowns in 17 carries to lead Wilmington Banning (7-5) to a 41-21 victory of Reseda at Huntington Park.
The Pilots will meet Gardena (9-3-1), a 46-20 winner over Palisades at Santa Monica College, in Friday’s championship game.
