The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

BREA

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported at 1:06 a.m. Sunday.

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported at 8:07 p.m. Saturday.

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported at 2:57 p.m. Saturday.

* Brea Mall: A grand theft was reported at 6:59 p.m. Friday.

* Brea Mall: A burglary was reported at 5:58 p.m. Thursday.

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported at 4:24 p.m. Thursday.

FULLERTON

* Kimberly Avenue: A burglar alarm went off in the 2500 block at midnight Monday.

* West Commonwealth Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1800 block at 10:15 p.m. Sunday.

* South Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 1100 block at 4:18 p.m. Sunday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Jennrich Avenue: A Garden Grove police K-9 unit reported finding a man officers said was apparently hiding from Santa Ana police in the 10000 block at 3:47 a.m. on Dec. 6. Earlier, Santa Ana police had begun chasing two male suspects after hearing shots fired near 1st and Cooper streets in Santa Ana. The suspects then crashed their car near Jennrich Avenue and Lyndon Street in Garden Grove and ran away. The other suspect evaded arrest.

LA HABRA

* South Idaho Street: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1100 block at 8:59 p.m. Sunday.

* North Juanita Street: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 11:14 a.m. Sunday.

* North Monte Vista Street: A structure fire was reported in the 200 block at 10:25 p.m. Sunday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* MacArthur Boulevard: Several pieces of jewelry worth $5,000 were stolen from a hotel in the 4500 block between 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday.

* Bayside Drive: An outboard motor worth $1,500 was stolen from a home in the 1800 block Thursday evening.

* Newport Center Drive: About $3,000 was stolen from a business in the 400 block during Thursday evening.

* Shellmaker Drive: A two-way radio and some cash worth $2,500 were stolen from a home in the 600 block Wednesday evening.

ORANGE

* South Pine Street: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 9:29 a.m. Thursday.

* City Boulevard West: A theft from a car was reported at 11:21 p.m. Thursday.

PLACENTIA

* North Angelina Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 600 block at 12:46 p.m. Friday.

* North Bradford Avenue: A narcotics violation was reported in the 500 block at 9:36 a.m. Friday.

* East Crowther Avenue: Malicious mischief was reported in the 100 block at 7:12 a.m. Friday.

SANTA ANA

* East 17th Street: A Santa Ana woman was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting in the 1300 block at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday. The woman tried to hide items in a baby stroller and was stopped by store security.

TUSTIN

* Sweetbriar Road: A robbery was reported in the 2000 block at 3:31 a.m. Saturday.

* Irvine Boulevard: A commercial burglary was reported in the 1000 block at 7:58 a.m. Saturday.

* Newport Avenue: A traffic collision was reported in the 13000 at 10:27 a.m. Saturday. There were no injuries.

YORBA LINDA

* Flower Gate Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 20300 block at 7:40 p.m. Thursday.

* San Antonio Road: A misdemeanor assault and battery was reported in the 4000 block at 9:05 p.m. Friday.

* Jeanean Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 4500 block at 7:08 a.m. Saturday.
