LOS ALAMITOS
Young artists can apply for auditions at the Orange County High School of the Arts through May 1. The tuition-free high school offers a full academic year with three hours a day of training in the visual and performing arts. The National Endowment of the Arts recently named it one of eight exemplary high school arts programs in the nation.
Students are accepted by audition only. For an application, call the school from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at (562) 596-1435 or (714) 536-8597.
