Simi Valley 94, Agoura 58--The Pioneers scored 33 points in the fourth quarter to pull away in a Marmonte League game at Agoura.

Center Rafael Berumen, bound for New Mexico, scored 34 points for Simi Valley (19-2, 6-0), ranked No. 1 in the region by The Times. Brett Michel scored 20 points and Branduinn Fullove added 14.

Garrett Lepisto scored 17 points for Agoura (9-11, 3-3).

Moorpark 91, Royal 84--Todd Tomlinson scored 33 points, including five three-point baskets, to help the Musketeers (11-8, 2-4) to a double-overtime victory in a Marmonte League game at Moorpark.

Sean Corkery of Moorpark made two free throws with three seconds remaining in regulation.

Saugus 53, Hart 52--Doug Summerhayes made two free throws with nine seconds left for his only points to give the Centurions (10-11, 2-3) a Foothill League victory at Hart.

Liam Waters missed a driving shot in the lane with one second left for Hart (12-9, 1-4), which rallied from a 10-point deficit.

Hoover 61, Glendale 59--Kris Rubio’s a layup with six seconds left lifted the Tornadoes (7-13, 1-4) to a Pacific League victory at Hoover.

Zareh Avedian of Hoover scored 24 points and Rubio added 13.

Erik Petrosyan had 19 points for Glendale.

Grant 94, Reseda 67--Gilbert Arenas scored 47 points for the Lancers in a Valley Pac-8 Conference victory at Reseda.

Arenas, who scored 40 or more points for the seventh time this season, made four three-point baskets. The Arizona-bound guard averaged 44.5 points in two games this week. He made 18 of 26 shots and had 11 rebounds and 10 steals against the Regents.

Daniel Tarr added 11 points for the Lancers (15-4, 3-1), ranked No. 10.

Gus Ruiz scored 26 points for Reseda (8-10, 1-3).

Sylmar 73, Monroe 56--The Spartans made 21 of 29 free throws, nine of 11 by George Wrighster, in a Valley Pac-8 Conference victory at Monroe.

The Spartans (16-5, 4-0) held a six-point lead with 4:38 to play before pulling away. Wrighster made all four of his free throws in the fourth quarter.

Brandon Jacobs had 22 points for Sylmar.

Monroe (8-11, 2-2) made only four of 21 three-point shots.

Kennedy 64, El Camino Real 57--Nana Gbewonyo scored 16 points for the Golden Cougars in a Northwest Valley Conference victory at El Camino Real.

With the score tied, 47-47, after three quarters, Mario Chacon of Kennedy scored five of his nine points in the fourth quarter.

Justin Saad-Anthony had 22 points for El Camino Real (6-10, 0-3).

Chatsworth 58, Birmingham 36--Ronald Ruffin and Marlik Morris combined for 29 points and 23 rebounds for the No. 7 Chancellors in a Northwest Valley Conference game at Chatsworth.

Ruffin had 14 points and 13 rebounds, Morris 15 points and 10 rebounds.

The Chancellors (12-3, 4-0) led, 29-13, at halftime.

Cleveland 90, San Fernando 68--Kent Dennis scored 22 points and Brian Smith had 18 points and 12 rebounds for the No. 8 Cavaliers (14-4, 4-0) in a Northwest Valley Conference victory at Cleveland.

Paraclete 79, Kilpatrick 47--Glenn Jones scored all of his 20 points in the first half to help the Spirits (7-12, 2-1) build a 39-26 halftime lead in an Alpha League victory at Paraclete.
