ALYSSA CHIN

La Canada, Sophomore

* The best small-school swimmer in the region, Chin placed second in the Southern Section Division III 100 backstroke in 58.64, good enough for All-American consideration. In the division’s 200 individual medley, she placed fourth in 2:10.16. She swam on La Canada’s third-place 200 free relay team that clocked 1:42.99 and qualified for All-American consideration.

MAUREEN FARRELL
