West Hills Chaminade 45, Corona del Mar 40--Chaminade held the Sea Kings scoreless for six minutes in the fourth quarter to win its second consecutive III-A title. Cayce Cook and Scott Borchart each scored 13 points for the top-seeded Eagles (24-4).
In the City Section:
Sun Valley Poly 59, Jefferson 53--Steve Smith scored 14 points--including four dunks--and grabbed 12 rebounds to spark the Parrots (17-11) at Loyola Marymount.
