Had three home runs and drove in eight runs in two games to help the Pioneers remain tied for first with Valencia in the Orange League. In a 15-2 victory over Anaheim on Wednesday, Taylor hit a two-run homer in the third and a grand slam in the sixth that ended the game because of the mercy rule. In a 5-0 victory over the Colonists two days later, Taylor hit his sixth homer of the season.
