Royal 9, Fullerton Sunny Hills 8--The Highlanders rallied for four runs in the seventh inning, then defused a Lancer rally to secure the victory at Sunny Hills.

Scott Rice, who picked up his second save by pitching the seventh inning, put Royal (20-5) ahead for good with a run-scoring single in the seventh.

Dan Lipman, whose run-scoring double tied the score, 6-6, had three hits and three runs batted in for the Highlanders.

DIVISION I

Long Beach Wilson 10, Thousand Oaks 2--Chris Miller doubled twice and drove in five runs at Blair Field in Long Beach.

John Smith had a double for Thousand Oaks (19-6).

Long Beach Wilson is 24-4.
