Faith Baptist 55, Windward 7--Julio Bautista completed 13 of 24 passes for 208 yards and three touchdowns in a Heritage League game at Windward (2-4, 0-3).

Bautista carried five times for 42 yards and a touchdown, an eight-yard run early in the third quarter to put Faith Baptist ahead, 34-7.

Melvin Johnson had four catches for 93 yards and one touchdown, and Ben Gonzalez had 10 tackles for Faith Baptist (6-0, 3-0).

South Bay Lutheran 54, L.A. Lutheran 26--Chuck Crable rushed 17 times for 151 yards and two touchdowns for L.A. Lutheran in a Heritage League game at L.A. Baptist.

Crable’s scored on runs of 30 and 20 yards.

His second touchdown pulled L.A. Lutheran within 32-26.

Kyle Pfeifer scored two second-quarter, two-yard touchdowns for L.A. Lutheran (1-5, 0-4).

Santa Clarita Christian 44, La Verne Calvary Baptist 6--Jeff Dashnaw had 75 yards and two touchdowns in 11 carries, and Gerred Ward had 50 yards rushing and one touchdown in 10 carries in a nonleague game at First Lutheran High.

Viewpoint 63, Hesperia Christian 18--Sherwin Shilati carried 23 times for 248 yards and four touchdowns to lead host Viewpoint at Calabasas High in a game called in the third quarter because of the 45-point rule.

Sophomore Andrew Chizever completed seven of nine passes for 150 yards and four touchdowns.
