Sheriff’s Officials Seek Public’s Help in Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help in locating four people wanted for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued.

Kyle James Cornelius, 23, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of unlawful sexual acts with a minor under 16 years old. He last lived in the 900 block of Cayo Grande Court in Thousand Oaks.

Cornelius is Latino, 5 feet 7, 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Kimberly Wynne Buchheit, 34, allegedly violated her probation on a 1997 drug possession conviction. She last lived in the 100 block of Pepper Drive in Thousand Oaks.

Buchheit is white, 5 feet 3, 150 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Irene Bowen, 43, is wanted on charges of fraud. Bowen, who also uses the names Elisa Dietrich and Deborah Yaisman, has been arrested in Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Washington and Florida.

Bowen is white, 5 feet 7, 130 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Timothy Brian Hale, 25, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of drug possession. He last lived in the 4500 block of Falkirk Bay in Oxnard.

Hale is white, 5 feet 7, 170 pounds, and is bald with brown eyes. He has three tattoos: a joker on his left arm, a marijuana leaf on his right arm and “Hale” on his back.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK (8255) or 494-TALK (8255). There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
