Sledge’s Four RBIs Drive Lancaster
Terrmel Sledge had three hits, including his fifth home run of the season, and four runs batted in, and the Lancaster JetHawks beat the Modesto A’s, 13-4, Tuesday night at the Hangar.
Antonio Perez hit his first home run, finishing with three hits and two RBIs for Lancaster.
Jeff Heaverlo (4-2) struck out eight, allowed eight hits and four runs in six innings for the JetHawks (32-26).

Outfielders Juan Silvestre and Sledge, infielder Willie Bloomquist and pitcher Brandon Parker have been selected to play in the California-Carolina League All-Star game on June 20 in Kinston, N.C.
