The Chicago Sun Times reported on its Web site that Ronald Camacho and James Maness, who will appear in court Monday on disorderly conduct charges for their alleged roles in the May 16 Wrigley Field melee involving the Dodgers, have piled up at least 19 arrests between them since 1987, mostly on misdemeanor or municipal charges for alleged acts of hooliganism.

While past legal problems should have no bearing on the charges facing Camacho and Maness, it is almost certain to become an issue in hearings to be conducted next week by major league baseball into disciplinary appeals filed by the Dodgers.
