Lancaster Starts Fast, Fades
Antonio Perez hit a home run on the first pitch of the game and Freddie May had a run-scoring single in the fourth inning, but Lancaster lost, 3-2, to Visalia on Wednesday night in front of 730 at Recreation Park in Visalia.
The home run was Perez’s seventh this season.
Visalia scored an unearned run in the second. In the third, Josh Hochgesang had a run-scoring double and Matt Howe had a sacrifice fly for Visalia.

Double A--Left fielder Eric Cole (Antelope Valley High, Antelope Valley College) had a run-scoring single and hit his 12th home run for Round Rock (Astros) in a 2-0 victory at Shreveport.
