DANA POINT
The City Council has selected nine members to sit on the inaugural Dana Point Youth Board, which will advise the council on youth issues but will have no voting power.
Those selected Tuesday are Mandi Arguilla, Lisha Carsrud, Tara Erdo, Christina Hioureas, Ashley Holen, Shelly Kunker, Lia Larson, Shane Soderlund and Kyle Walberg.
The 11-member board will have its last two members selected at the next council meeting in April because Councilman William L. Ossenmacher was absent.
