Game of the Week

St. Louis at Colorado

When--Thursday. Time--6 PST.

TV--None.

Story line--In a matchup of two of the three teams with the best records in the NHL--each has 10 wins and 22 points--it will be interesting to see how Avalanche goalie Patrick Roy holds up, because the matchup comes two days after his court date on a misdemeanor criminal-mischief charge involving domestic violence on Oct. 22. Colorado is in the midst of an 11-day homestand, but St. Louis won’t play between Saturday and Thursday night and should be rested.
