OUTLOOK
Ingalls describes the Sea View as a “black and blue league from top to bottom.” He said he is counting on a veteran bunch who understand what it takes to win games. Despite taking some lumps in 1999, their first season at the Division VI level, Ingalls said, “We’re going to try to compete for the league championship.” Johnson at quarterback lacks experience and the defensive line appears a bit green, but Ingalls has high hopes for Chandler, a reserve last year, at running back. All five starting offensive linemen return, as does every starter at linebacker and in the secondary.
