Hawthorne 43, Harvard-Westlake 0--The Crusaders (1-1) scored 21 points off three turnovers and Marcus Sprague scored four touchdowns in a nonleague game at Harvard-Westlake.

Richard Irvin threw four interceptions and had one returned 33 yards for a touchdown.

Sprague had 175 yards in six carries and scored on runs of 11, 23, 75 and 52 yards.

Irvin completed six of 30 for 79 yards.

The Wolverines (1-1) were held to 147 yards overall.

St. Bonaventure 64, Crespi 22--Jack Swisher threw five touchdown passes and Lorenzo Booker scored four times to lead the Seraphs to their 16th consecutive victory at Ventura High.

Swisher, who completed nine of 10 passes for 186 yards, got going early, throwing a 52-yard touchdown pass to Nick Pierson just 51 seconds into the game.

Swisher found Luis Lopez late in the first quarter from 21 yards out for a 14-8 first-quarter lead.

St. Bonaventure (2-0) broke the game open with a 36-point second quarter, led by Booker’s touchdown runs of three and 15 yards and a 19-yard touchdown reception.

Swisher had scoring strikes of 22 and 19 yards to Whitney Lewis.

Booker finished with 240 yards in 11 carries, including a 93-yard touchdown in the third quarter.

Crespi (0-2) was led by Will Jacoby, who was 14-30 for 176 yards, including touchdown passes of 20, 37, and 5 yards. Larry Viltz had five catches for 57 yards and two touchdowns.
