UC Irvine (5-2) at San Diego (4-3), 7, KUCI (88.9)--The Anteaters have not played in 10 days because of final exams. Their most recent game required a hefty comeback, a 25-2 run to end the game in a 74-69 victory over UC Davis. Jerry Green leads the Anteaters with 24.9 points and 3.9 assists a game. Guard Andre Laws is averaging 23.4 points for San Diego, which gave the Anteaters their only home loss last season with a 63-60 victory.

Mike Bresnahan previously covered the Lakers for the Los Angeles Times.
