La Reina guard Teresa Schubert, the team’s leading scorer, has a broken finger that might sideline her for the rest of the season, Coach Jerry Anderson said.
Schubert, a junior who was injured during a recent practice, was averaging 15 points, eight rebounds and five steals.
“She’s like losing three players from anyone else’s squad,” Anderson said. “There’s just no way we can replace it.”
