Woodland Hills El Camino Real won 14 of 16 singles sets and seven of nine in doubles to defeat Granada Hills, 24 1/2-5, at Balboa Tennis Center to clinch its second consecutive City Section boys’ tennis title. . . . Cerritos won the boys’ title with 273.5 points and Brea Olinda won the girls’ title with 213 at the Southern Section Division IV swimming finals at Belmont Plaza pool.
