Playoff Doubleheaders Scheduled in Water Polo
The top divisions in the Southern Section boys’ water polo playoffs will play doubleheaders in the semifinals today.
Division I games feature second-seeded Lake Forest El Toro (23-8) against third-seeded North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake (17-4) at 5 p.m. at the Los Alamitos Armed Forces Center, followed by top-seeded Long Beach Wilson (21-7) against fourth-seeded San Clemente (18-11) at 6:30.
In Division II, second-seeded Newport Beach Corona del Mar (22-3) will play third-seeded Los Alamitos (17-10) at 4 p.m. at Newport Beach Newport Harbor High, followed by fourth-seeded Laguna Beach (18-11) against Anaheim Esperanza (17-10) at 5:30.
