Sea Lion Wounded by Arrow; Reward Offered

The National Marine Fisheries Service on Tuesday announced a $1,000 reward for information that helps law enforcement officials catch and convict the person who shot a sea lion in the neck with a crossbow arrow.
The female California sea lion was found Nov. 6 with a 16-inch arrow through its neck. The sea lion was treated at the Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito and released.
