Concordia Names 1st Business Dean
Richard Harms of Yorba Linda has been appointed dean of the new School of Business at Concordia University in Irvine.
Harms, who has directed the business program at Concordia for 14 years, worked with university officials to prepare the proposal for the business school, which was approved by the regents in March.
Before joining the faculty at Concordia, Harms was a computer science instructor for 20 years in the Rancho Santiago Community College District.
