Bernaldo Returns to Coach Nordhoff

Will Bernaldo, a former distance running standout at Ojai Nordhoff, will take over the cross-country program at his alma mater.

Bernaldo, 23, will replace Ken Reeves, who resigned at the end of last season after guiding the Ranger boys’ and girls’ teams to a combined 11 state and 15 Southern Section titles.

Bernaldo, currently an assistant track coach at Chadwick Palos Verdes, placed second in the 3,200 meters in the 1996 state track and field championships as a Nordhoff senior. He finished seventh in the 1995 West region cross-country championships.
