10,000 Customers Lose Power After Cable Fails
A cable failure in an underground electrical vault caused a brief outage for more than 10,000 Southern California Edison customers in Fullerton on Thursday.
The outage occurred just after noon. Power was restored to 8,000 customers within five minutes and to the others by 1:20 p.m.
