TENNESSEE (12-5)

at OAKLAND (12-5)

Facts: Sunday, 3:30 p.m., Ch. 2.

Line: Raiders by 7 1/2.

Last meeting: Raiders won, 52-25, on Sept. 29 at Oakland.

Key stats: Raider offense led NFL with average of 389.8 yards a game.

Worth watching: Raiders’ Rich Gannon, the NFL’s Most Valuable Player, threw 26 TD passes vs. 10 interceptions. Titans’ Steve McNair threw 22 TD passes vs. 15 interceptions.

Outlook: Oakland’s offense hasn’t been slowed by many, certainly not by the Titans in September. If Titans can control the ball with Eddie George’s running, they have a chance. Otherwise, Raiders may run it up.

Terry Bannon’s pick: Raiders 27, Titans 21.
