HIGHLIGHTS

* Fullerton Rosary Coach Tom Tice got his 200th victory in memorable fashion. Senior shortstop Lizzie Hagen hit for the cycle, in order -- single, double, triple, home run -- and had four runs batted in for the Royals in their 10-0 Serra League victory over Santa Margarita. In addition, senior first baseman Caitlin Carroll had five RBIs on two doubles. Tice is 201-88 in 10 seasons.

* Crescenta Valley’s 55-game Pacific League winning steak was ended when Glendale scored a 2-1 victory on Thursday. The Falcons’ last loss was the final game of the 1997 season.

HEROICS

* Anaheim Canyon extended its winning streak to 12 games when Stephanie Anderson scored on the front end of a double steal in the top of the seventh, giving the Comanches a 1-0 victory over Placentia El Dorado.

* Anaheim Esperanza got a two-run homer from Kristen Dedmon in the bottom of the 14th to tie the score and a solo homer from Leslie Pedersen in the bottom of the 15th for a 4-3 victory over Huntington Beach Edison.

ON DECK

* The Ivy League title should be decided today at Moreno Valley, where the No. 24 Vikings play No. 10 Riverside Poly.

* Though No. 23 Thousand Oaks (4-5-1 in league) may be out of the Marmonte League title chase, it can still help determine the champion. The Lancers play at No. 8 Simi Valley (9-2) on Thursday, and No. 15 Westlake Village Westlake (8-3) plays at No. 17 Newbury Park (5-5-1).
