* 3 Turnovers returned for touchdowns in Covina South Hills’ 60-14 San Antonio League victory over Rowland Heights Rowland. Tim Lee and Matt Aguilar returned fumbles 45 yards and Eric Olivarez returned an interception 40 yards.

* 35 Points scored by La Puente Bishop Amat in the second half of a 35-3 upset of No. 17 Bellflower St. John Bosco.

PLAYMAKERS

* Cleven Doty threw a 55-yard touchdown pass to Anthony Oliver with 1:19 left to give Long Beach Cabrillo a 19-14 Moore League victory over Compton, clinching the Jaguars’ first playoff berth in six seasons.

* Matt Stoner threw for 370 yards and three touchdowns for La Canada in a 28-28 tie with South Pasadena.

* San Dimas (3-6) scored on a fake punt -- a 48-yard pass from Chris Salinas to Jonathon Houston -- less than a minute into the game and went on to beat Northview (7-2) in a Valle Vista League game, 36-19.
