Missing Boy Apparently Succumbed to Exposure
From Times Wire Reports
A 10-year-old boy who became separated from his family in the woods was found dead, apparently from exposure, four days later.
The body of Patric McCarthy was found about 2 1/4 miles from where he was last seen playing Monday near the family condominium on the edge of the White Mountain National Forest. The area had been searched several times, officials said.
The boy vanished after he challenged his stepbrothers to a race back to the condo.
