The Nationwide Tour makes its 10th annual stop in Southern California beginning today with the Mark Christopher Charity Classic at Empire Lakes Golf Course in Rancho Cucamonga.

The tournament is one of five remaining on the tour schedule, meaning the scramble to finish among the top 20 on the season money list is in full swing. Those in the top 20 at the end of the season earn a PGA Tour exemption for next season.

The purse is $450,000 and the winner receives $81,000. There are 40 players who can vault into the top 20 with a win.

Tee times today start at 7:15 a.m. The final round for the 72-hole tournament is Sunday.
