Woman Dies in Crash After Vehicle Runs Light
From Times Staff Reports
A woman was killed early Thursday when another vehicle ran a red light at Euclid Street and Lincoln Avenue and slammed into her car, police said.
Maria Gonzalez, 56, of Santa Ana was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, an unidentified 34-year-old man from Anaheim, was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange with serious injuries, police said.
The man was not arrested pending an investigation.
