FBI Offers a $10,000 Reward in Bank Heist
From Times Staff Reports
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of two robbers who held up a Tustin bank, FBI officials said Tuesday.
The men entered the Western Financial Bank on Newport Avenue about 1 p.m. on Oct. 2 and ordered customers to the floor while several tellers filled a green duffel bag with money, officials said. One of the men guarded the entrance.
The robbers, who wore black ski masks and carried handguns, fled in what was described as a white, two-door sports coupe.
