Landlord to Keep Realty License Pending Hearing

A day after the California real estate commissioner rejected an appeal of his decision to revoke the broker’s license of Lance J. Robbins, the landlord went to court Friday to ask a judge to overturn the state order.
Although a Superior Court judge refused to issue a stay, Tom Pool of the Department of Real Estate said the license will not be pulled until a full court hearing is held on the matter in three to four weeks.
