L.A. jail term for ex-’Lost’ actress

She served jail time in Honolulu, her character on “Lost” was killed off, and now actress Michelle Rodriguez is going back to the slammer -- this time in L.A.
Rodriguez, 27, was sentenced this week to 60 days in jail for violating her probation. Judge Rex Hesseman also sentenced her to 30 days of community service with the Sheriff’s Department, stints with the Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim impact panel and the city’s hospital and morgue program, plus an alcohol education program, said Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the city attorney.
Rodriguez is scheduled to begin her jail term next Wednesday, he said.
The violation stemmed from a December arrest in Honolulu on suspicion of drunk driving, for which she served five days in jail there.
