Hit-and-run driver kills pedestrian, 55

A 55-year-old man walking across a street was killed in a hit-and-run accident, the Orange County coroner’s office said.
David Rosewarne of Anaheim was crossing the 2500 block of Lincoln Avenue about 7:30 p.m. Saturday when he was hit by a westbound sport utility vehicle, Anaheim police said.
The victim was taken to West Anaheim Medical Center, where he died shortly before 8 p.m.
