BIG WEST CONFERENCE

Cal State Northridge (6-7, 0-2) at UC Riverside (3-12, 0-3), 5 -- The Matadors got career highs in points from Jason Hill (21) and Rob Haynes (18) on Thursday against Cal State Fullerton, but they lost their third consecutive game. This is the last of a season-long four-game trip for the Matadors, who are 2-6 away from home. The Highlanders are coming off of a 62-49 loss to Pacific, their 10th consecutive loss.

Pacific (5-9, 2-0) at Cal State Fullerton (11-3, 2-1), 6 -- The Titans have won six of their last seven games and 11 consecutive home games but are facing a team that has a streak of its own on Fullerton’s home court: Pacific has won seven consecutive games at Fullerton. Pacific, the three-time defending conference champion, has won 19 of the last 21 meetings between the teams. The Titans are led by Bobby Brown, who is averaging 21.3 points.

UC Santa Barbara (10-4, 2-1) at UC Irvine (7-8, 1-0), 7 -- The Anteaters are on a season-high three-game win streak after opening Big West play with a 66-62 victory over Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. It was the seventh consecutive conference-opening victory for the Anteaters, who are 5-0 at home this season. Santa Barbara is looking to rebound from its most lopsided defeat since 1979, a 101-65 loss at Long Beach State. The teams split their meetings last season, with each winning on the road.
