The NFL divisional and wild-card races with two weeks remaining in the regular season after tonight’s game between Cleveland and Philadelphia:

AFC

West: Denver (8-6) can win the division title with a win at home Sunday against Buffalo or a loss by San Diego (6-8) at Tampa Bay. The Broncos and Chargers meet in San Diego the final weekend.

North: Pittsburgh (11-3) clinched the division title by defeating Baltimore. It can earn the top conference seeding with wins in Tennessee and at home against Cleveland.

South: Tennessee (12-2) has clinched the division title and has a one-game lead for top conference seeding.

East: The division remained a three-way race among 9-5 teams: the New York Jets, Miami and New England, all of whom won Sunday. The Jets and Dolphins meet in the Meadowlands on the final Sunday, and if both win next week -- New York at Seattle and Miami at Kansas City -- the winner takes the division. The Patriots, who have Arizona at home and Buffalo on the road, would have to take their chances with a wild-card spot if they can get it because the Jets would finish with a better division record and the Dolphins with a better conference record.

Wild card: Indianapolis (10-4) won its seventh straight game by beating winless Detroit and leads the wild-card race. Baltimore (9-5) finishes at Dallas and home against Jacksonville as it competes for a wild-card spot with whoever among the Jets, Dolphins and Patriots doesn’t win the East -- unless the Ravens can catch Indianapolis.

NFC

West: Arizona (8-6) has clinched the division.

North: Chicago (8-6) is a game behind Minnesota (9-5), so the Bears can still make the playoffs as a division winner or a wild card.

South: Tampa Bay and Atlanta (each 9-5) are still alive for the division title, although both must win out and hope Carolina (11-3) loses at the New York Giants and at New Orleans. The Giants’ loss Sunday kept the Panthers from clinching a playoff spot. But Carolina could capture the top seeding if it wins out.

East: The Giants (11-3) have clinched a playoff spot and could help their chances for the top seeding with a win over Carolina next week.

Wild card: Dallas (9-5) moved to the top of the wild-card race with its win against the Giants. Philadelphia (7-5-1), which faces Cleveland tonight, is also in the wild-card hunt, along with Tampa Bay, Atlanta and either Minnesota or Chicago.
